diet. Well, talking of the Atkins diet does not mean that there is no good. The
diet allows for huge consumption of fats and cholesterol. What though are the

§ This diet controls the body’s
insulin.
§ It also develops ketosis, a chemical
state that enables the body to burn fat.
Cons
§ There are chances of your body
developing kidney failure because of the proteins in the diet.
§ There are also reported signs of flu symptoms
especially in the earliest stages of one’s consumption of the diet.
§ Constipation and heart diseases are
inevitable since the diet has no fiber!
§ Because of there is a quick loss of
weight in the early stage, the body losses a lot of water. This is dangerous.
